BACKGROUND:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has negotiated a new Lease Agreement (Agreement) with Savage Aviation, LLC (Company) for the operation and maintenance of a commercial aircraft hangar facility at North Las Vegas Airport.
The pertinent provisions of this Agreement are as follows:
• Agreement commences on June 1, 2026, and will continue 10 years through May 31, 2036, unless
otherwise terminated, as provided for in the Agreement.
• Company will have use of the premises for operation and maintenance of a commercial
aircraft hangar facility for the following services: Aircraft Maintenance and Inspections, Charter
Operations, Air Tours, Commercial Skydiving, Flight Training, or Aerial Photography.
This Agreement has been reviewed and approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License. In accordance with NRS 496.090, advertising has been completed.
