The broadband license fee is 2% of gross revenue.

 

BACKGROUND: 

BAM Broadband OpCo LLC has applied for a Broadband Provider Franchise to provide broadband services within the County. This Agreement would allow BAM Broadband to install, maintain and operate its facilities in the County rights-of-way. In exchange, BAM Broadband would pay the County 2% of gross revenue from broadband services. The term of the Agreement is five years with two five-year extensions.   

The Board is requested to approve the attached Broadband Provider Franchise Agreement with BAM Broadband OpCo LLC.
