BACKGROUND: 

On April 6, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. for design of the Casino Drive Sedimentation Mitigation project (No. PW.FLAU04A).

Supplemental No. 3 to the professional engineering services contract with GCW, Inc. extends the time of performance to December 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.

GCW, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
