BACKGROUND: 

Bid No. 606656-23, for Countywide - Emergency Generator & Automatic Transfer Switch Replacement was advertised on May 24, 2023 and opened on July 11, 2023.  2 Bids were received and the Bid Amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for Countywide - Emergency Generator & Automatic Transfer Switch Replacement.

All Bids received for the above referenced project are recommended for rejection. The rejection of all bids is due to an error in the specification that restricted competition.  A new Invitation for Bid for this effort will be issued with revised technical specifications allowing for multiple manufacturers and an updated scope of work with a 10% change.
