BACKGROUND: 

On December 1, 2015, Clark County (County) entered into an Interlocal Space Lease Agreement (Lease) with the City of Henderson for the Clark County Assessor, Recorder and Clerk to occupy ±440 square feet within Henderson City Hall.

On August 31, 2020, the County provided written notification of the intention to exercise Option #1 of 3 to renew and will extend the Lease until December 1, 2025.

This item was approved by the County's Long Range Planning Committee on March 25, 2021.
