BACKGROUND:
On July 20, 2004, the Board of County Commissioners adopted a Resolution authorizing the Clark County Fire Department to accept donations in an amount not to exceed $2,500 in personal property and $1,000 in monetary donations. The Resolution also provides that the Fire Chief shall submit a quarterly report of all donations accepted for the quarter to the Board of County Commissioners.The Quarterly Donation Report for the second quarter of 2024 is attached.
