BACKGROUND: 

Prosecution Case No. 21CR033988 involves Defendant, Nicole Renee Malich.  Nicole Renee Malich is an employee with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.  Nicole Renee Malich has been charged with Child Abuse or Neglect, Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Maintain Travel Lane, and Failure to Signal.

To avoid the appearance of impropriety, the Attorney General’s Office has been asked to handle the prosecution of these matters.
