BACKGROUND: 

On March 15, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved the original professional engineering services contract between Clark County and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Clark County 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway Sunset Road and Durango Drive On-Ramps and Miscellaneous Sound Walls project (No. PW.B023101). 

Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. extends the contract term to December 31, 2027 to complete the final design services and provide construction support for the project.
  
Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
