Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $500,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $700,000 revised the total contract value to $1,200,000. Supplemental No. 2 extended the contract term. Supplemental No. 3 decrease of $240,000 revises the total contract value to $960,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On November 14, 2019, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved Interlocal Contract No. 1141 for the Decatur Boulevard between Tropicana Avenue and Sahara Avenue project on its annual Capital Improvement Plan from Fuel Revenue Indexing Extension Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on December 3, 2019.

Supplemental No. 3 to Interlocal Contact No. 1141 decreases design funds, as the project is nearing completion. The term of the contract remains effective until June 30, 2030, unless further time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 3 to Interlocal Contract No. 1141 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the third supplemental contract at its meeting on February 12, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the third supplemental contract as to form.
