BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607738-25, for Annual Requirements Contract for Preventative Maintenance,
Repair and Replacement of Sectional Overhead, Rolling Steel (Coil), Four-Fold and High-Speed Rolling
Doors Countywide was advertised on June 8, 2026 and opened on June 25, 2026. The Bid amounts are as follows:

Bid Amounts above are for evaluation purposes and determination of low bid.
This Contract is for preventative maintenance, repair and replacement of sectional overhead, rolling steel (coil), four-fold and high-speed rolling doors Countywide.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from award through June 30, 2027, and includes the option to renew for four (4), one-year periods and includes a 3-month extension.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 10% based on possible increased user requirements for the renewal terms and approved budget appropriations.
• Includes the option to increase the award amount up to 5% for possible price increases for renewal terms.
• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.065.2, if the governing body or its authorized representative has advertised for or requested bids in letting a contract, the governing body or its authorized representative must award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Walter Garage Doors, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
