BACKGROUND:
University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (Company) and the Clark County Department of Aviation have negotiated a Lease Agreement (Agreement) to operate a medical clinic in Terminal 1, pre-security, next to the A/B security checkpoint at McCarran International Airport. Services to be provided by Company include, but are not limited to, primary urgent care, medical screening exams, Rapid/PCR COVID-19 testing, employment and other physicals, etc. These services will provide a benefit to the traveling public and employees.
The pertinent provisions of this Agreement are as follows:
• The term of the Agreement will be 5 years with one additional 5 year option.
• Company agrees to pay rental fees of $3,108.43 per month.
Advertising, in accordance with NRS 496.090, has been completed, and the Agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney’s Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
