BACKGROUND:
On January 3, 2024, Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 606830-23 was advertised on the Clark County Purchasing website and in the Las Vegas Review Journal. Submittals were requested for Sex Offense Assessment and Counseling.
Submittals were received from the following firms: ABA Group LLC (NBE), Eagle Quest (NBE), Evergreen Counseling, Inc. (NBE), Family and Child Treatment dba FACT (NBE), Healing Hooves LLC (NBE), Integrated Psychological Solutions, LLC (NBE), John S. Pacult LCSW Inc. (NBE), LBR Mental Health PLLC (NBE), Nevada Mental Health Associates, LLC (NBE), Red Rock Psychological Health (NBE), Shining Star Community Services, LLC dba Shining Star (NBE), Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth of Nevada, Inc. (NBE).
An Ad-Hoc Committee comprised of 4 individuals from Family Services and Department of Juvenile Justice Services reviewed and evaluated the submittals. After the evaluation, the Ad-Hoc Committee ranked the firms in the following order: John S. Pacult LCSW Inc., Eagle Quest, Integrated Psychological Solutions, LLC, Healing Hooves LLC, Evergreen Counseling, Inc., Nevada Mental Health Associates, LLC, Red Rock Psychological Health, LBR Mental Health PLLC, Shining Star Community Services, LLC dba Shining Star, Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth of Nevada, Inc., Family and Child Treatment dba FACT and ABA Group LLC.
The Ad-Hoc Committee recommends the selection of Eagle Quest, Evergreen Counseling, Inc., Healing Hooves LLC, Integrated Psychological Solutions, LLC, John S. Pacult LCSW Inc., LBR Mental Health PLLC, Nevada Mental Health Associates, LLC, and Red Rock Psychological Health.
The selected firms will provide Sex Offense Assessment and Counseling.
If negotiations produce satisfactory contracts, the contracts will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
In accordance with NRS 332.115.1 (b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature. Pursuant to internal policies and procedures, Clark County solicited these services through the RFQ process.
The selected firms will be required to have a valid Clark County Business License or Vendor Registration.
