BACKGROUND: 

The dedication of Badura Avenue at the intersection with Buffalo Drive as rights-of-way within Clark County-owned (Aviation) property, Assessor's Parcel Numbers 176-03-201-010 and 176-03-401-015, is required for construction, operation and maintenance of roadway improvements and drainage facilities in support of development in the immediate surrounding area.
