BACKGROUND: 

On July 1, 2021, The State of Nevada awarded Contract No. 99SWC-S1495 to various dealerships. On September 18, 2024, Gaudin Ford (NBE) was added to the awarded vendor list. This approval provides for the purchase of Fleet, Alternative Fuel and Police Vehicles from Gaudin Ford in addition to the dealerships that have already been approved, and any additional dealerships that may be added to the Contract in the future.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from July 1, 2021 through June 20, 2023, and has been                      extended through June 30, 2025.
                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with any of the awarded dealerships and therefore, can cease                      purchasing product at any time.

This approval is in accordance with NRS 333.470, use of facilities of Purchasing Division by Nevada System of Higher Education, local governments and districts to obtain supplies, materials and equipment.

A Clark County Business License will be required of any dealership with which a purchase order is executed.
