Youth Crisis Triage and Intervention Services

The total Contract is estimated in the amount not to exceed $1,000,000 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Contract is for Youth Crisis Triage and Intervention Services with Eagle Quest (NBE).

A Fiscal Directive No. 6, Competitive Bidding Exception, was approved because the Department of Juvenile Justice Services received a grant that identified Eagle Quest to continue to provide services for youth that have committed domestic violence offense and their families.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The term of the Contract is from March 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 and includes a six (6) month                      extension.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with                      advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(a), the competitive bidding process is not required as the item to be purchased is contracted from a sole source.  The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 332.115.1(b), the competitive bidding process is not required as the services to be performed are professional in nature.

Eagle Quest currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
