BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607307-24, for Legacy Trail Parking Lot at Charleston Boulevard/Sky Vista Drive was advertised on October 30, 2024 and opened on January 22, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for the construction of Legacy Trail Parking Lot and traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Sky Vista Drive in Clark County, Nevada. The work will generally consist of improvements including plantmix bituminous surface, curb and gutter, sidewalk, median, street lights, traffic signal, landscaping, utility adjustments, water and sewer laterals, pavement markings, signing, dynamic message sign, automated gate system, retaining wall, fencing, and guardrail. The work also consists of miscellaneous removal and disposal and removal and salvage/replacement of designated items, traffic control, dust control, quality control, and other related items of work as specified and shown on the drawings.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 180 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
