BACKGROUND:
On October 18, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional engineering services contract with Horrocks Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services for design of the Rainbow Boulevard between Blue Diamond Road and Clark County 215 Beltway project. On November 19, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners approved an assignment agreement assigning and transferring all current contracts from Horrocks Engineers, Inc. to Horrocks LLC.
Supplemental No. 2 to the professional engineering services contract with Horrocks LLC increases total funds to provide additional professional services for change of scope, post design services and record drawings, and extends the time of performance to December 31, 2026, unless further time extensions are granted.
Horrocks LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
