BACKGROUND: 

Dedication in fee for portions of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 177-20-403-015 and 177-20-403-016 is required for the operation and maintenance of drainage and flood control facilities, generally located near Silverado Ranch Boulevard and Interstate 15.
