Government Agency Distribution of Transit Bus Passes

Additional Comments:

The total Agreement award is not to exceed of $1,500,000 should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for the purchase of bus passes by various departments within the County.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is for 1 year from date of execution.  Thereafter, the term of Agreement will                      automatically renew for 1 year term, not to exceed 5 years.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
