Additional Comments:

Supplemental No. 1 increase of $150,000 revises the total contract value to $2,050,000.

 

BACKGROUND:

On January 7, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners approved a professional project administration and construction management services contract with 4LEAF Consulting, LLC for construction management services for the Clark County 215 South Bruce Woodbury Beltway between Windmill Lane and Pecos Road project (Bid No. 605430-19).

The attached Supplemental No. 1 to professional services contract with 4LEAF Consulting, LLC will increase total funds for additional construction management services.  4LEAF Consulting, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.

The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the supplemental contract as to form.
