BACKGROUND:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is seeking to utilize the competitively bid State of Nevada Vehicle Pricing Agreements (VPAs) to purchase fleet vehicles and associated equipment for those vehicles. Many vehicles in the current CCDOA fleet have now exceeded their useful lives, creating an impact on operations. The CCDOA will need to replace a significant number of these vehicles over the next several years.
VPAs offer excellent pricing, reduced lead time, and improved delivery on a variety of vehicles. Purchases will be primarily to replace vehicles that are beyond their useful lives, with some new vehicle additions when operationally necessary. Separate solicitations will be done for any custom-configured vehicles and equipment that are not available through these VPAs.
CCDOA intends to utilize the VPAs awarded to Campagni Automotive Resources Inc dba Carson City Toyota (contract# 99SWC-NV25-25629), CJF Automotive LLC dba Findlay Chevrolet (99SWC-NV26-25910), and Valley Automotive Group dba Ford Country (99SWC-NV25-25623) (together "Companies").
The initial term is from date of award through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to three one-year periods. This request is in accordance with NRS 332.195(1)(b), a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.
Companies hold current Clark County business licenses or vendor registrations as determined by the Business License Division.
