BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) has an existing Concession Agreement (Agreement)
with Kaptyn Nevada, LLC who provides shuttle and limousine services for passengers at LAS.  Kaptyn Nevada, LLC entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with ECHO Nevada, LLC dba Kaptyn Transportation, Presidential Limousine, and Presidential Transportation (Company) on October 14, 2025.
  
This Assignment and Assumption of Concession Agreement has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company currently holds a Clark County Business License.
