The total Contract award is estimated in the amount not to exceed $1,500,000, should all renewal options be exercised.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On October 18, 2024, State of Nevada awarded Contract No. 99SWC-NV25-22234 Temporary Employment Services to St. Vincent DePaul Rehabilitation Service of Texas dba Peak Performers. This approval provides for temporary employment services countywide.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
•                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from October 18, 2024 through July 31, 2028, and includes the                      option to renew for 2 years.
•                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with St. Vincent DePaul Rehabilitation Service of Texas dba                      Peak Performers, and therefore, can cease purchasing services at any time.

This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by (b) the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.

St. Vincent DePaul Rehabilitation Service of Texas dba Peak Performers currently holds Clark County Business License.
