BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 607570-25, for Vegas Valley Drive Improvements - Lamb Boulevard to Las Vegas Wash was advertised on July 8, 2025 and opened on August 12, 2025. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for signal modifications along Vegas Valley Drive at the intersections of Lamb Boulevard, Parkdale Avenue, Mountain Vista Street, Nellis Boulevard, and Cabana Drive. Work performed also includes a pedestrian flasher system, streetlight pole installation, streetlight wire theft replacement, ITS conduit and pullbox installation, pavement mill and overlay, full depth pavement replacement, utility manhole adjustments, concrete flatwork replacement, sidewalk panel patching, tack-on median installation, drop inlet top replacements, striping and signage.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 200 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
