BACKGROUND:
This Agreement is to provide facility improvements to Boulder City Emergency Center and provide an adjacent Logistics Center/Consolidated Staging Area. The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:• The term of the Agreement is from date of award through June 30, 2026.• Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement with advanced written notice.The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
