BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for cooperation in fire responses and all-hazard emergency support function activities as requested and authorized.
Pursuant to NRS Chapter 277.180, it is to the mutual advantage and benefit of Clark County and Nellis Air Force Base to provide mutual aid in firefighting, training, rescue services and other emergency assistance in the event of fire or other local emergencies within the respective territorial limits.
The term of this agreement is five years from the date of the last signature on the agreement.
Clark County Legal Counsel has reviewed and approved the attached agreement.
