BACKGROUND:
On April 29, 2025, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of CBE No. 607496-25 to PermitRocket Software LLC dba ePermitHub (LBE) in the amount of $2,485,101 for Digital Plan Room Subscription Service.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract is from effective date through March 31, 2026, and included the option to renew for six (6), one-year periods. There are six (6) renewal options remaining.
• Includes the option for either party to terminate for cause or convenience with thirty (30) days written notice.
On January 27, 2026, Purchasing and Contracts was advised of the change of ownership. PermitRocket Software LLC dba ePermitHub is now Accela, Inc.
Accela, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
