The total Agreement award is not to exceed $70,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for Ryan White Part A Jurisdictional Clinical Quality Management services which provide coordination of activities aimed at improving patient care, health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
•                     The term of the Agreement is from March 1, 2023 through February 28, 2025.
•                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
