BACKGROUND:
On September 17, 2024, the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of RFP No. 607006-24 to Bienali Promotions, LLC (WBE), Element 7, LLC dba Proforma Element 7 (WBE), Inspire by Design LLC (WBE), and Sky High Marketing (WBE) in the amount of $200,000 annually for promotional apparel and logo merchandise countywide.
This Contract is for promotional apparel and logo merchandise countywide with Bienali Promotions, LLC (WBE), Element 7, LLC dba Proforma Element 7 (WBE), Inspire by Design LLC (WBE), and Sky High Marketing (WBE).
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The term of the Contract was from September 17, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and included the option to renew for 4, one-year periods. There are 2 renewal options remaining.
• Included the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Contract with advanced written notice.
This approval will provide for the continuation of purchases of promotional apparel and logo merchandise Countywide.
Element 7, LLC dba Proforma Element 7 and Sky High Marketing currently hold a Clark County Business License. Bienali Promotions, LLC and Inspire by Design LLC currently hold a Clark County Vendor Registration.
