BACKGROUND: 

The Clark County Regional Flood Control District (RFCD) has programmed funds for the design and construction of flood control improvements. On April 11, 2019, RFCD and Clark County entered into an interlocal contract for design of the Wagon Trail Channel between Sunset Road and Teco Avenue project (Public Works No. PW.FCLA10I). The Board of County Commissioners approved the interlocal contract on May 7, 2019.

RFCD and the Board of County Commissioners previously approved one supplemental to the interlocal contract to increase funding and add a line item for entity design labor.

Supplemental No. 2 to the interlocal contract extends the term of the contract to June 30, 2025, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $368,800.

RFCD approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on February 8, 2024.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
