BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606321-22, for Elkhorn Road, Tenaya Way to Jones Boulevard was advertised on December 14, 2022 and opened on January 11, 2023. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for widening Elkhorn Road to two lanes in each direction, 12-ft TWTL, bike lane, bike lane buffer, and shoulders between Tenaya Way and Jones Boulevard. Furthermore, this project consists of sidewalk reconstruction, traffic signal upgrades, ITS conduit, utility adjustments, medians, cold planing, plantmix bituminous surface, UTACS, Type II aggregate base, permanent striping and signing, drop inlet modifications, and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark Coutny
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 120 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
