BACKGROUND:
This project is located at Harry Reid International Airport and includes the reconstruction and expansion of aircraft holding pad 7, as well as reconstruction of the airfield Main Gate to improve Airport security. The existing holding pad 7 surfaces are constructed of both Asphalt Concrete (AC) and Portland Cement Concrete (PCC). The surfaces have reached the appropriate timeframe for replacement. This Project will enable the replacement of the AC and PCC surfaces with new Airfield PCC pavement.
