This funding increase of $1,000,000 will bring the total Contract amount to not to exceed $2,000,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On November 18, 2025, in accordance with the NRS 332 Resolution approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board), the Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division approved the award of utilization of City of Mesa, Contract No. 2024056-01 for Information Technology Solutions Products and Services, awarded to CDW Government LLC in the amount not to exceed $1,000,000 for purchase of equipment, software, peripherals and related services.

On July 2, 2024 the City of Mesa awarded Contract No. 2024056-01 for Information Technology Products and Services to CDW Government LLC (LBE). 

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from July 2, 2024, and ending on July 1, 2028, and includes the                      option to renew up to a maximum of six (6) years and extended on a month-to-month basis for a                      maximum of six (6) months. There are 6 renewal years remaining. County does not intend to use beyond                      July 1, 2031.
                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with CDW Government LLC and therefore, can cease                      purchasing product / services at any time.

This approval will provide increase funding to support countywide expenditures, not including the IT department, through use of cooperative agreements.

CDW Government LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
