BACKGROUND:
Bid No. 606690-23, for Roadway Improvements on Various Streets was advertised on September 21, 2023 and opened on October 19, 2023. The Bid amounts are as follows:

This Contract is for various improvements on El Camino Road, Cecile Avenue, Lindell Road and Windmill Lane throughout Clark County. More specifically, this Contract consists of pavement, type II aggregate, UTACS, milling, tack-on median island, valley/cross gutters, sidewalk, sidewalk ramps, curb and gutter, removal of existing improvements, adjustment of manholes and valves, removing and replacing pavement markings, street lights, conduit, loop detectors, replace HPS luminaries with LED, traffic signs, striping, and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:
• The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 145 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
• Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience language as in all public works efforts of this type.
The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
Unicon, LLC currently holds a Clark County Business License.
