Additional Comments:

Initial contract amount was $8,000,000. Supplemental No. 1 increase of $5,000,000 revised the contract value to $13,000,000. Supplemental No. 2 decrease of $1,400,000 revises the total contract value to $11,600,000.

 

BACKGROUND: 

On July 14, 2022, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) and Clark County entered into Interlocal Contract No. 3045 for the Hacienda Avenue between Rainbow Boulevard and Decatur Boulevard project in RTC's Highway Improvement Fund for Fiscal Year 2023. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on August 2, 2022.

Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contact No. 3045 decreases construction funds, as the project is nearing completion. The term of the contract remains effective until December 31, 2027, unless time extensions are granted.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 2 to Interlocal Contract No. 3045 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the second supplemental contract at its meeting on February 12, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the second supplemental contract as to form.
