BACKGROUND: 

This Agreement is for Evaluation-Related Activities for University of Nevada Las Vegas, Nevada Institute  for Children's Research and Policy (NICRP).
                     
The following are the pertinent provisions of the Agreement:
                     The term of the Agreement is from January 1, 2024 - September 29, 2024.
                     Includes the County’s option to terminate for cause, convenience or default and suspend the Agreement                      with advanced written notice.

The recommendation of award is in accordance with NRS 277.180. The parties are authorized to enter into interlocal contracts to perform governmental functions and activities.
