BACKGROUND:
The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) leases office space through an existing Real Estate Lease Agreement (Agreement) with MAC One, LLC (Company). DOA has requested Company, as the landlord, to reconfigure the office space through a tenant improvement. The Agreement requires DOA, as the tenant, to pay Company for the cost of tenant improvements.
All reimbursement requests will be reviewed by staff, and if found acceptable, will be processed based on actual costs incurred, not to exceed $800,000.
Company holds a Clark County business license.
