BACKGROUND: 

On May 16, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners directed staff to amend ordinances 8.20.020.155 - Interactive entertainment center and 8.20.276 - Business must be open to the general public in order to allow for to allow for the licensure of a liquor license at a members only virtual sports facility.
