BACKGROUND: 

On February 11, 2021, the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) approved the Blue Diamond Wash Trail between Durango Drive and Hualapai Way project (Public Works No. PW.R00190N) on its annual Capital Improvement Program from Question 10 Funds. The Board of County Commissioners approved this contract on March 2, 2021.

Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1255 extends the term of the contract to December 31, 2031, unless further time extensions are granted. The current total contract value for the subject project is $2,000,000.

RTC has prepared Supplemental No. 1 to Interlocal Contract No. 1255 for the Board's consideration. RTC approved the first supplemental contract at its meeting on July 9, 2026.

The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the first supplemental contract as to form.
