This funding increase of $18,000,000 will bring the total Contract amount to $49,000,000

 

BACKGROUND: 

On September 21, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved the award of CBE No. 605922-21 to ConvergeOne, Inc. (LBE) in the amount of $20,000,000 for hardware, software, cloud services, service packages, services, and training. This approval also allowed for the issuance of purchase orders to additional fulfillment partners for Cisco Systems, Inc.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2024, and                      includes the option to renew for 2, one-year periods. There are no renewal options remaining.
                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Cisco Systems, Inc. and therefore, can cease purchasing                      product/services at any time.

This approval will provide for a funding increase due to anticipated projects for Cisco systems within the next six months.

Cisco Systems, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Vendor Registration.
