BACKGROUND:
On December 19, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners approved a pre-qualification list to be used to select professional service providers for the period from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. The WLB Group, Inc. was selected from the pre-qualification list, [Service]: Construction Management - Administration - Major, to provide construction management services for the Jim McGaughey Detention Basin and Outfall (Bid No. 606771-23) project.
Due to Clark County Department of Public Works’ present and anticipated project workload, the services of an outside consultant for project management are needed. County staff negotiated the professional services contract with The WLB Group, Inc. The contract describes the services to be provided and stipulated terms. The time of performance is effective until June 30, 2026, unless time extensions are granted.
The WLB Group, Inc. currently holds a Clark County Business License.
The District Attorney’s Office has reviewed and approved the contract as to form.
