BACKGROUND: 

The State of Nevada has reached a settlement with Albertsons in Clark County District Court Case,
A-19-769755-B to resolve all claims brought against Albertson by the State of Nevada and Participating Subdivisions. Under the proposed settlement, the State of Nevada will receive $19,028,722.17 payable over 10 years. The settlement documents can be found at https://nationalopioidsettlement.com. The settlement proceeds will be distributed to local governments in Nevada in accordance with the One Nevada Agreement previously approved by the Board.
