BACKGROUND: 

Bid No. 606128-22, for CC 215 South Bruce Woodbury Beltway, Decatur Boulevard to I-15 - Phasee 2 was advertised on October 25, 2022 and opened on December 14, 2022.  The Bid amout is as follows:

This Contract is for the widening of CC 215 South Bruce Woodbury Beltway from Decatur Boulevard to I-15.  Construction shall include the removal of existing improvements and salvaging designated items, roadway excavation, mainline portland cement concrete pavement and concrete paving repairs, plantmix bituminous surfacing, drainage facilities, guardrail, concrete barrier rail, signage, high mast and conventional lighting,
luminaire replacement, milling, pvvement markings, chain-link fence and gate, MSE walls, gravel mulch, UTACS, pullbox, conduit and conductors, ITS infrastructure, overhead sign structure, traffic count station, project clean up, signs, utility adjustments, and other related items of work, along with associated traffic control and dust control.  Improvements include the contruction of a bridge structure over UPRR, bridge structure for braided west bound Decatur off ramp, and bridge modifications to existing Valley View Boulevard Bridge.

The following are the pertinent provisions of the Contract:

                     The Contractor shall complete the entire work within 600 calendar days from the date specified in the                      Notice to Proceed.

                     Includes the standard termination for cause within 7 business days and termination for convenience                      language as in all public works efforts of this type.

The recommendation of award is in accordance wit NRS 338.1385.5, a public body or its authorized representative shall award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Las Vegas Paving Corporation currently holds a Clark County Business License.
