BACKGROUND:
The contract will allow BearCom Acquisition Corp dba Stone Security LLC (Company) to support the migration and optimization of the existing Milestone Video Management System (VMS) environment as part of the Clark County Department of Aviation data center replacement project. The current server environment used to host the Milestone VMS, analytics and all video storage is at its end of life and needs to be upgraded. Addressing these conditions will enhance operational awareness and help improve airport surveillance.
Company currently provides the existing Milestone XProtect licensing environment, onsite camera and VMS software support, analytics integration, and ongoing maintenance services for security camera systems located throughout Airport System.
The term of the contract will be from the date of award through the completion of the project, which includes five years of support services.
In accordance with NRS 332.115(1)(c), (h), and (i)(2), this contract is not adapted to award by competitive solicitation as it is for additions to and repairs and maintenance of equipment which may be more efficiently added to, repaired or maintained by a certain person; software for computers and; maintenance and support for software for computers, respectively.
Contract has been approved as to form by the District Attorney's Office. Company holds a current Clark County business license.
