BACKGROUND: 

On August 16, 2021, the Department of Business License processed the application of Chef's Choice, LLC dba West Coast Beverages (a licensed Importer/Wholesaler) for an additional location at 1660 Helm Drive, Suite 600, Las Vegas, Nevada 89119. Ownership of the limited liability company is comprised of Salvatore Cesareo as Managing Member (50%) and Kathy Cesareo as Managing Member (50%).  The application was approved on the September 2021 Director's Administrative Decisions Agenda. 

Staff recommends that the Board authorize the Chair to sign the application for approval of an additional location for Chef's Choice, LLC dba West Coast Beverages.
