BACKGROUND: 

The dedication of portions of Clark County-owned (Aviation) property (Assessor's Parcel Numbers 177-19-204-003, 177-19-501-018 and 177-19-601-003) is required for construction, operation and maintenance of roadway improvements and drainage facilities located on Arville Street and Serence Avenue. Public Works has agreed to accept the rights of way for maintenance.
