BACKGROUND: 

The Parties have agreed to amend the April 23, 2003 Canine Handler Pay Letter of Agreement (LOA) to establish updated and reasonable compensation, for the care of their assigned canine, that is performed outside of their regular work schedule.

Attachment I is the Airport Canine Supervisor LOA between the County and SEIU Local 1107.

Attachment II is the Airport Canine Handler LOA between the County and SEIU Local 1107.

Attachment III is the Fiscal Impact Summary for six (6) impacted Airport positions.
