BACKGROUND:
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) has approved Interlocal Contract No. 3148 and budgeted funding for the Moapa Valley Gravel Road Paving project in RTC's Highway Improvement Fund for Fiscal Year 2024.Interlocal Contract No. 3148 allocates funds to pave various gravel roads throughout Moapa Valley. The time of performance is effective until June 30, 2029, unless time extensions are granted.RTC approved the interlocal contract at its meeting on May 23, 2024.The District Attorney's Office has reviewed and approved the interlocal contract as to form.
