The total minimum revenue of the Contract award is estimated in the amount of $6,824,880.  

 

BACKGROUND: 

On November 17, 2022, State of Nevada awarded 99SWC-NV22-13385 Inmate Communications to Global Tel*Link Corporations d/b/a ViaPath Technologies (LBE). This approval provides inmate communications.

The following are the pertinent provisions of this approval:
•                     The term of the Contract being utilized is from November 1, 2023 through December 31, 2025 and                      includes the option to renew for three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each.
•                     Clark County is not under exclusive contract with Global Tel*Link Corporation d/b/a ViaPath                      Technologies and therefore, can cease purchasing product / services at any time.

This approval is in accordance with NRS 332.195.1, a governing body or its authorized representative may enter into a contract pursuant to a solicitation by the State of Nevada or another state with the authorization of the contracting vendor.

Global Tel*Link Corporation d/b/a ViaPath Technologies currently holds a Clark County Business License.
