BACKGROUND: 

This prosecution of F.P., a juvenile, involves the son of an employee with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.  This juvenile has been charged with Sexual Assault (Felony). 

To avoid the appearance of impropriety, the Attorney General’s Office has been asked to handle the prosecution of this matter.
